This website is operated by InkWriter Inc., doing business as Bookish. It describes Bookish writing and learning systems and provides a way to contact us. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Informational content
Except for the Shop, site content is provided for general information. Descriptions of services, integrations, and capabilities do not by themselves create a contract or warranty. Any school engagement or service relationship is governed by the separate terms agreed for that engagement.
Purchases from the Shop
Products offered on the Shop page are sold by InkWriter Inc. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable sales tax is calculated during payment. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages; we never receive or store your card details. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, and availability is limited to the quantity stated on the Shop page.
All sales are final except for defective items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, reply to your order confirmation email or write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund it. Refunds, when issued, are returned to your original payment method.
Contact inquiries
Submitting the contact form is an expression of interest and does not create a contractual obligation for you or InkWriter Inc. You agree not to use the form for unlawful, abusive, automated, or deceptive messages.
Third-party services and links
The site uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player to present the “Stay Bookish” video, Cloudflare Turnstile to protect its forms, and Stripe to process Shop payments. It also links to third-party sites and research. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the text, graphics, logos, design, and other original content on this site are owned by InkWriter Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without written permission, except as permitted by law.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, InkWriter Inc. disclaims warranties arising from your use of the site, including warranties that it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InkWriter Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date above when we do. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
